When GLP-1 trials report

Every active phase 2+ trial of a GLP-1, incretin or amylin agent with 100 or more participants and an estimated primary completion date in the next 30 months. Dates are as filed by the sponsor on ClinicalTrials.gov. Each row links to the registry record.

A trial's primary completion date is when the sponsor expects to have the main result in hand, not when it will be published or presented — those usually follow by months. 202 tracked trials across 17 molecules carry one, 103 of them phase 3 or later, and 22 fall inside the next 90 days. Sponsors move these dates routinely and the registry overwrites the old value when they do, so a date here is a plan rather than a promise; every movement this site has observed is kept on the changes page.

Results already due

The same trials after their date passes. 118 reached or were scheduled to reach primary completion in the last 18 months. 93 are recorded as having actually completed, which means a result exists whether or not it has been published. 25 are marked overdue: the sponsor's own estimated date has lapsed and the entry has not been updated. ClinicalTrials.gov does not flag that anywhere on the record.
