This is the page that cannot be reconstructed anywhere else: ClinicalTrials.gov and the FDA shortage database both overwrite a record when it changes, keeping no public history of what it used to say. A completion date moving out by two years, a phase 3 trial quietly changing status, a presentation flipping to discontinued — each is invisible the day after it happens unless something was watching. Each row below carries the previous value alongside the new one.

Six times a day we snapshot the registry and compare it to the previous one. When a company quietly pushes a reporting date back, halts a trial or resizes an enrollment, ClinicalTrials.gov shows the new value and says nothing about the old one. So we keep the old one. Changes marked lead are phase 3 movements of six months or more, or phase 3 halts.
